Our company independently researched and developed a new type of packaging machine for chemical, food, feed and other industries. The machine has functions such as automatic weighing, automatic bag loading, automatic filling, automatic bag delivery, and automatic sealing. It can work in conjunction with various powder equipment to realize unmanned production of large-format packaging.

1) Principle
The weighing machine adopts double-horizontal screw feeding, which is composed of two screws, one large and one small. The large screw is directly driven by the motor to ensure the measurement speed, and the small screw is driven by the frequency converter in three-level speed to ensure the measurement accuracy. When working, the horizontal screw rotates and feeds materials according to the control signal; the weighing sensor and the weighing controller process the weighing signal, and output the weight data display and control signal.

This unit is composed of bag storage, bag taking and bag sorting device, bag loading manipulator, bag clamping and unloading device, bag holding device, bag opening guide device, vacuum system and control system.
Wide adaptability to packaging bags. The packaging machine adopts the bag loading method of picking bags, that is, taking the bag from the bag storage library, positioning the bag in the middle, sending the bag forward, positioning the bag opening, pre-opening the bag, inserting the knife into the bag opening by the bag loading manipulator, and air grabbing on both sides Clamp both sides of the bag mouth, and finally load the bag. This bag loading method does not have high requirements on the size error of the packaging bag manufacturing and the quality of the bag itself, thereby reducing the cost of bag making.
The bag loading manipulator arm is driven by a servo motor. Compared with the pneumatic manipulator, it has the advantages of faster speed, stable bag loading, no impact, and long service life.
Two micro switches are installed at the position of the bag opening of the bag clamping and unloading device to detect whether the bag opening is completely clamped and whether the bag opening is completely opened. Therefore, it is ensured that the packaging machine does not misjudge and will not spill materials on the ground, which improves the use efficiency of the packaging machine and the on-site operating environment.
Pneumatic components such as solenoid valves are all sealed, not exposed to install, and can be used in dusty environments, which can ensure the equipment has a long life.
Mainly used in agricultural products, food, feed, chemical industries, etc., such as corn kernels, seeds, flour, white sugar and other materials with good fluidity packaging.
